Shipping & Deilvery 
All flight controllers are flashed, soldered (where ordered) and tested before being sent. We feel this provides our customers with the best experience, as our default settings are good for most setups. More work for us, less work for you! We want you to be as "Ready To Fly" as possible! Please allow at least one week for orders to ship- time will be less for small parts orders, many of those orders ship within 1 day! All orders are shipped via USPS.

SHIPPING POLICY:
All shipments:
Packages are current sent without signature confirmation by default. Please contact us at witespy@hotmail.com prior to placing the order if you would like us to require a signature for your delivery.

Orders containing only in stock ready to ship items ordered before 2:30pm Eastern time on a business day will be shipped shipped the same day. USPS orders received before noon ET will be shipped the same day. Orders containing out of stock items will be held until all items are available. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner please place separate orders.

Shipments will be sent to the address entered in the shipping address field on our web page during checkout. we cannot be held responsible if the incorrect shipping address is entered by the customer during checkout. For fraud protection, shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order has been placed. Carriers often leave packages outside customer location. Once a package is delivered by the carrier, we considers the delivery completed. Any liability for theft or damage after delivery is held by the customer. we may assist the customer in asking the carrier for a trace of the shipment when possible, but it must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery of the shipment.

FedEx and UPS can not ship to PO Boxes. Failure to enter a valid street address may delay your shipment.

we  reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders that have indicators showing there is some risk that a stolen credit card is possibly being used. 

Below are the various shipping types and their restrictions. 

US Shipping:
USPS First Class: This shipping method has no guaranteed delivery time. These will be shipped either USPS First Class Parcel. This is an air shipping conveyance as defined by USPS.

USPS Priority: Delivery times for this method are estimates and not guaranteed. This is an air shipping conveyance.

 

RETURNS POLICY:

Please report any problems you are having to us via e-mail at witespy@hotmail.com Please do not ship items back prior to contacting us and receiving a return authorization.

All warranties cover defects in material or workmanship only. we cannot be held responsible for damage due to crashes, incorrect installation, or any other user error. Additionally, warranty cannot be claimed with the manufacturers for equipment that has been modified, therefore the user should ensure the equipment is tested in stock condition to verify proper working condition upon receipt.

For US orders within 30 days of purchase, we will, at its discretion, replace faulty components and include return shipping for those components. After 30 days, the customer is responsible for shipping the items back to we for warranty coverage.  For international orders, return shipments are the responsibility of the customer for any warranty claims. Please use a traceable shipping method, and the sender must pay all shipping and processing fees for the return shipment. Returns are processed in the order in which they are received.

Customers returning defective items will receive either a replacement, a store credit, or a refund. Orders are eligible for refund up to 30 days after the order was shipped, otherwise store credit or replacement may be issued.

Returns of products in good working order will receive a refund for the price of the item only, not the shipping costs. To receive a full refund for the product price, returns must be shipped within 30 days of purchase and received in new condition with no wear, and all packaging must be included and intact. Returns of opened packages may be accepted under some rare situations, but may be subject to a restocking fee or rejected depending on the condition of the items. We reserve the right to reject returned items if they are in a condition that renders them unsellable as a new product.

As parts of complex systems, failure of one component can result in a crash or damage to other items. The warranty does not cover, and we is not responsible in any way, for damage to other equipment due to a failure of a component in a system. Our warranty and liability only covers the repair or replacement of the item that can clearly be shown to have failed under the standard warranty conditions.

we are not responsible in any way for the use, misuse, or any injury or damage to personal property from the use of any equipment purchased from this store. It is the buyers responsibility to use the items safely and legally and to take proper measures to prevent any damage to person or property from the use of the equipment.

Returns & Replacements

Returns of any new, non-defective merchandise is only valid for 30 days and may be subject to up to 30% restocking fee. If you have a problem with an item you received, please contact us ASAP. If you feel you have received something that is bad or defective, do NOT attempt any modification or repair. Any item that has been altered or physically damaged by customer is NOT eligible for return and/or exchange. Note: All flight controllers are soldered (where applicable), flashed and tested by hand to ensure a working product is sent. Be sure to contact us if you feel something is not right, and we will do our best to help. NOTE: bad soldering and/or bad connections (i.e. reverse polarity) is NOT covered.

Please note: Due to a large number of customers not returning items as promised, we cannot send out a new item until we have received the return. We understand that waiting for the return/exchange process can be frustrating. We will try to process returns as quickly as possible.
